What makes Broast different from fried chicken?

Broast is not just fried chicken — it is pressure-fried. Here’s why that matters.

Broast chicken is cooked in a pressure fryer. The sealed pot lets the oil cook the chicken faster and at a lower temperature, so the moisture stays inside the meat while the coating turns glass-crisp.

In Saudi Arabia, Broast became a late-night institution. At Brost Amaal we marinate every piece overnight in our 14-spice blend and serve it with garlic toum, exactly the way we did in Madinah.
